  • Municipal road maintenance

What is an aggregate levelling machine?

In Turkish road building, screened crushed stone aggregate is called "figüre" and the machine that arranges it is known as a "figüre tanzim makinası". It spreads this material over a road or yard surface in the required width and thickness with an even distribution, and is driven by a towing vehicle such as a truck or tractor.

How does it work?

Material is loaded into the hopper and released onto the surface through an adjustable opening as the towing vehicle advances. Being able to adjust the spreading width and material flow keeps the amount of aggregate similar at every point of the road. Compared with spreading by hand or by bucket, the result is a more even surface and less material loss.

Where is it preferred?

Surface dressing, stabilised roads, village and provincial roads and yard or runway surface preparation are the main areas of use. Contact our team for a configuration based on the towing vehicle type, the required spreading width and the aggregate size.

Frequently Asked Questions
