- Confirming the code, thread standard and pressure class before the order
- Tying delivery dates to real stock and supply conditions
- Recording customer complaints and opening a corrective step to prevent recurrence
- Keeping staff continuously up to date on processes and products
In practice
Every incoming request is shared between the sales and technical teams. Any unclear point is asked back to the customer. Before dispatch the material is checked against the order line. Feedback from the field feeds the next supply decision.
